Kindly download the attachment with reference to the subject cited above. In this regard, it is also intimated that the claim cases are being received from Post Offices PAN India in incomplete state. Almost 99% of the claim cases are being received in incomplete state. The requirements in the claim cases are totally different from that of the actual required by LIC of India and NIC ltd.
The new claim forms for PMJJBY and PMSBY are attached here with along with the mandatory requirements. The Mandatory requirements may be incorporated in the claim form itself as it will be helpful in getting the claim form filled up properly by the customer and also by the concerned parent Post Office. All the claims are being received in incomplete state and thus sending the claim cases too and fro is consuming lot of time.
Sansad Marg HO has flagged the problem of incomplete forms received from the circles which cause corresponding delay in disposing off the cases. This has been viewed seriously in this directorate. Accordingly it is requested that appropriate instructions to all the concerned may please be issued to submit the claim cases complete in all respect to Sansad Marg HO directly so that the grievances may be reduced.
